I didn't come into the wedding industry out of a romantic love for weddings. I came into it because I have a natural instinct for organization, for process, for managing people and the unexpected.
PalmaEventi: from 2006 to today
I founded PalmaEventi in 2006 with a clear intention: to build a serious, professional structure in an industry that too often settles for improvisation.
Over time I've built a network of carefully selected partners and a qualified team — because a successful wedding never depends on one person alone, but on the quality of everyone working around it.
Today PalmaEventi is a well-established business. Not because I say so, but because clients come back, recommend us, and other industry professionals choose to work with us.

Not everything I do can be shared
Some of the weddings and events I've worked on involve guests for whom confidentiality is part of the job itself — from the worlds of institutions, finance, and entertainment. Since I can't document them publicly, what I can offer you is that same discretion, applied to your own day.
Method before emotion
I believe a wedding you can truly enjoy needs an invisible but solid structure behind it. My job is to be that structure.
I listen first, then propose
I don't work from ready-made packages. Every proposal comes from a real understanding of who you are and what you're looking for.
Everything in writing
A traceable process in which every agreement and every vendor's task is written down and shared. Nothing is left in the grey area of a verbal promise.
Fast to adapt
The unexpected always happens. The difference is having plan B ready before plan A shows its first cracks.
I teach what I apply in the field every day
I'm an instructor at the Accademia Italiana Wedding Planner and an AIWP member. Teaching isn't a side activity for me — I chose it because I believe in professionalizing this industry.
What I teach isn't theory pulled from a textbook. It's the result of years of work on real cases, with real clients and real vendors.
