Wedding Day
Coordination

The wedding day is not the time to improvise. It's the moment when all the preparation has to turn into effortless flow. I manage that flow.

What coordination means

The direction no one sees

Wedding day coordination is a specific service for couples who want to organize their own wedding independently, but experience the day itself free of any responsibility — with peace of mind and the confidence that things will go well, even in the face of issues caused by earlier choices that weren't quite right.

I take care of the operational side on the day itself and in the days immediately before: managing all planned activities, welcoming guests, keeping to the timeline, and handling anything that comes up.

"You live the day. I run the day."
In detail

What coordination includes

Vendor briefings

In the days before, I get in touch with every vendor to align on timing, details, and roles. No misunderstandings on the day itself.

Action plan

I create and manage the event's operational schedule. Every moment has its defined time slot.

Logistics oversight

I oversee vendor arrivals and departures, guest positioning and movement, with support in handling anything unexpected.

Handling the unexpected

When something doesn't go as planned — and something never goes exactly as planned — I already have a plan B ready. Often, B was already part of the original plan.

Guest and family coordination

I manage guest arrival and welcome, and support the family and anyone with an active role in the wedding.

I run the day

I'll be your single point of contact, filtering every interaction with vendors. You'll be free of every responsibility.

Who this service is for

You've organized everything.
Now you want to live it.

Coordination is the right service if:

  • You've already chosen your vendors and don't need help with planning
  • You've defined your style and designed the setup
  • You don't want to hand over the operational direction and control of the event to just anyone
  • You want someone neutral and professional handling communication between vendors
  • You understand the value of having a plan B ready for every critical scenario

Types

Every wedding has its own variables

Coordination adapts to the complexity of your wedding, not the other way around.

Elopement

Essential and intimate

Just the two of you and your witnesses. The complexity is lower, but the level of care stays the same.

Intimate — up to 40 guests

Small doesn't mean simple

Small groups need individual attention. Every guest matters, every detail is visible.

Grand — over 140

High complexity

Requires rigorous planning and a trained team. Many people involved, many variables. Coordination between vendors becomes strategic.

Let's talk about your day

Before any proposal, I want to understand what you already have, what you're looking for, and whether coordination is really the right service for you.
